The quiet leak
Nobody loses money on the sale they meant to make. They lose it on the one made at yesterday's price, on stock that has gone, and on fees that were counted short.
You listed a bed frame at $99.99 to keep $17.49. The supplier raises it a little at a time. Your price stays where it was.
The supplier runs out. Your listing stays live. Someone buys the one thing you cannot send, you cancel, and eBay counts it against your seller record. At its next check Sellhelm sets the quantity to 0, and it looks at eBay's out-of-stock setting first, so it never ends a listing by accident.
eBay takes a final value fee, which is a percentage of the sale, and a per-order fee. On a $99.99 sale that is $14.00, about 14% of the price. A flat “add 30%” markup guesses at it. Sellhelm solves for it.

Seven steps that repeat for every product. These are the real screens, with demo data.
Paste a supplier's product link. Sellhelm reads the price, stock, photos, specification and selling points and turns them into a draft. Nothing is on eBay yet.
Choose the return you want on what you spend. Sellhelm solves for the eBay price after the final value fee, the per-order fee and your shipping cost, and shows what you keep.
Compare each draft with the supplier's own page, tick it, then send it to eBay in one of five designs. Supplier names are kept off your listings.
On a schedule you choose, Sellhelm re-reads your suppliers. A rise or a sell-out updates eBay; a jump bigger than your limit is held for you to check first.
When something sells you see it with the photo, the supplier link, the days left to ship and what it should keep. Nothing sits unseen.
Open an order for the shipping address in copy-ready parts, read live from eBay and never saved. Add the supplier's tracking number and it goes straight onto the eBay order.
Every sale, fee and cost lands in Finances: what you really kept, estimated federal, self-employment and state tax to put aside, and a CSV your accountant can open.
Suppliers
Amazon, Ashley Furniture, Best Buy, Home Depot, IKEA, Kohl's, Macy's, Walmart, Wayfair and eBay.com's own listings through eBay's API, each with its own reader. Any other shop with an ordinary product page can be pasted too, and new shops are added one at a time, each only after it is proven on real pages.

It re-reads the page on your schedule. The new price would be $139.99, a 40% jump, which is over your 25% limit. So it does not send it. It holds it and tells you.
It is under "Held for you", with the old and new figures side by side. You compare it with the supplier's page, and press Send it now, or set your own price.
The order desk shows the photo, the supplier link, days left to ship and what it should keep. The address is read from eBay and split into copyable parts.
A few clicks to copy the address across. You tick "placed with the supplier" and add their order number.
You paste the tracking number. It goes straight onto the eBay order, and the buyer is told.
The Overview shows what you kept from sales, what is waiting, and what to put aside for tax.

A supplier typo should not reprice your shop. Any change over your limit is held, with the old and new figures side by side.

Yes. Every seller uses their own free eBay developer keys - eBay issues them to one seller and does not allow sharing. It takes about 15 minutes and Sellhelm's Settings page walks you through each click, including the account-deletion question eBay asks.
No. Sellhelm runs on your PC and keeps its database in a folder on your PC. There is no Sellhelm account to log in to and no analytics inside the program. It talks to eBay and to your supplier shops. It contacts us only to confirm a license when you activate or revoke it, and to check a public list of canceled licenses; nothing about your shop is sent.
Not yet. Sellhelm is for Windows 10 and 11. This version is for eBay US (ebay.com), and its fee and tax math are built for US sellers.
One license lets Sellhelm run on one Windows PC. You get a Machine ID from the program, paste it into your account, and your license key appears. If you replace that PC, you can move the license to the new one yourself.
Sellhelm does not promise profit or sales - nothing can. What it does is stop the avoidable losses: selling below cost after a supplier price rise, and selling things your supplier no longer has.
