What eBay dropshipping software is, and is not
It is a tool that takes over the reading, sums and checking that would otherwise be done by hand or in spreadsheets: what a supplier charges today, whether it is in stock, what your eBay price should therefore be, and what happened to each order. It is not a way to find winning products, a guarantee of profit, or a replacement for choosing suppliers eBay’s rules allow.
A checklist for any tool

- It reads suppliers reliably, and says when it cannot. “Could not read” must never turn into “in stock”.

- You review listings before they go live. A draft you compare with the supplier’s page beats a mass upload of unchecked text.
- It keeps the supplier off your listing. Names and branding must never reach the title, description or photos.
- It handles orders. The supplier link, days left to ship, shipping address, and tracking back onto the eBay order.
- It helps with US tax. Profit worked out after every cost, with estimates of federal income tax, self-employment tax and your state’s tax, and figures your accountant can use.
- You know where your data lives and who can see your eBay account. A tool that runs on your own computer keeps them with you.
