Sellhelm is a Windows 10 and 11 program. One licence works on one PC. Payment is taken in a secure card form run by Stripe, in pounds sterling. We will email you when a new version is ready, and every such email has a link to stop them. How refunds work.

What counts as one licence?

One licence lets Sellhelm run on one Windows PC. Pair gives you two, Crew five. You choose which PCs, and you can move a licence to a new PC yourself. See how activation works.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once. Every 4.x update is included. If a future major version needs a new licence, you will be told before anything changes, and the version you have keeps working.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in full, within 14 days. Ask through your account or by email and we will refund the payment. The refund policy has the detail.

Do you take my card details?

No. Payment is taken in a secure card form run by Stripe, and your card details never reach this website.

Will I get a receipt or an invoice?

Stripe emails you a receipt as soon as you pay, and it is kept on the Orders page of your account. If you need a formal invoice for your accounts, ask us and we will send one.

What about VAT?

The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Where VAT applies it is included and shown on your invoice.

Can I add more licences later?

Yes. Buy another pack at any time, or ask us if you would like to top up from a smaller pack.

Does one licence cover more than one eBay account?

Each install connects to one eBay account, using that seller's own developer keys. For several shops, run each on its own PC with its own licence. Crew is built for exactly that.
